Interview with Justine Friedman

Justine Friedman is a Registered Clinical Dietician and Mindset Mentor in private practice, with over 25 years of experience helping women reconnect with their bodies and themselves. She works primarily with women over 40 who feel out of control around food, energy, and their changing bodies, especially during perimenopause and menopause.

Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with mindset coaching, guiding women to move away from self-criticism and restriction, and toward a more compassionate, supportive relationship with their bodies. Rooted in the belief that caring for the body is deeply connected to one’s inner and spiritual life, her work gently supports women in feeling more aligned, grounded, and present.

Through this process, women often experience not only physical improvements, but deeper confidence, self-trust, and more ease in their relationships—with food, with themselves, and with others.  You can find her at https://www.justinefriedman.com/

Through her signature program, Journey to Inner Leadership, she guides women through a structured process of emotional growth and relational transformation, helping them develop the internal strength and awareness needed to navigate relationships with greater wisdom, presence, and confidence.2 GIFT e-guides:
